Swans can be caught by hand once they are in retreat mode, could also make it possible for pelicans?

Sorry for the derail, but...

totally need a bird pond now. have to clip their wings on a weekly basis or else they escape. Can hold any waterfowl that can be caught.

placeble water would be nice, but ripe for abuse, are you proposing an "buildable" pond like an chickencoop looking like an body of water?
