New wound "Nausea" for eating too much at full energy. Good content!
Make friends with the other crabs or try to escape the bucket.

Sounds great. How about a mechanic where if you eat while already at full energy you get stuck in crawl speed until you spam dig for a while to get it back down?

3rd party clients will always exist but there's an easy fix to massively cut down on alt spam. Remove energy.

It's not the players that are broken, it's the game that allows them to play this way. And this OP would be just another broken mechanic for which you'd need another mandatory bot...

It's not the energy that is the source of the problem here, but the snowballing, how overpowered whales are, salt, etc.

Wouldn't this just make the alt problem worse though? Imagine trying to level land when you get higher % nausea wounds for draining energy too fast, or doing any kind of manual labor. It'd make alting even more mandatory than it already is, for menial labor.

The issue being how to fix it... Yeah the game is broken but no matter what you do, every solution seems to cause greater botting, or make the game completely unplayable. If you remove Salt, Whales, Pepper, Tables and all the other items that allow for snowballing botting will still be just as prevalent as ever, maybe even moreso because then in order to snowball you have to spend more resources, which means more resource farming... Also alot of the joy of the game is lost when things to work towards, like whaling or a hyper-powerful table are removed....

Botting is more deep a problem than can just be fixed by removing OP things.
