Wall for hanging stuff outside?

We have the ability to hang stuff on house walls, any chance we can get some sort of building that allows us to do that same behavior, but outside?
Would be a nice way to have area specific tools on display and easy access. Even though we can use normal inventories for that, I would love the right click to move to cursor mechanic we have on house walls for this.

Unless we already have this and I just never found it lol
