Items for neck slot that can be gilded with gemstones just like rings. There is certain lack of items for L2 slot and lack of use for gemstones, why not add couple of items that are utilize gem gilding mechanics?

Good gemstones are insanely powerful. It's a lot of stat creep to open up more gemstone slots in gear sets.

What about a necklace that uses string + 3 gemstones and gives stats based off what gem types are added?

Gives a use to really small gems if they're high quality.
