Idea: Empty Compost bin

Could we get the ability to empty a compost bin *into generic trash unit* or like a barrel of seed, just poof the units of fill? (in the case one wants to redo the contents of the bin without destroying the bin itself, or waiting the required period to empty the entire contents on its own processing time.
