Inactive pclaims

I'm a proud default client™ user and I would like the inactive pclaims shown in a neutral color that would indicate that it is inactive. Same for village claims.

If you enable criminal acts and you right click on a palisade wall (while outside of the claim) it will tell you "This land is owned by deez nuts" if it is active.

But I fucking hate all of these stupid unintuitive workarounds so this is a nice idea.
