Make the Display Sign passable, like a Hearth Fire

This is a simple and harmless change to make a lot of things usable. Let the player walk through the Display Sign. It will be a good substitute for the "drawing on the Cupboard", which has been requested for a long time.

The prayers for organised stuff were asked very often already, probably half a year someone asks for it.
... but they are never answered, we have to live in chaotic times with chaotic display signs :P
