We were promised armor repair when the trash tier armor wear update was added to the game and had to suffer from 10 wear leather gear in the early world with no armor repair update insight. what was armor created for? to protect from hits, it's kind of ironic I would take my armor off to fight animals so it wouldn't break.
see homo sexuality trending,. do not do that.

IIRC devs opinion on this is that there should be material sink.

But indeed armor is not something players want to loose, especially if they are not happen to have industry for it's recreation or it was crater from unique resources.

To be fair, just make the repair cost of an armor scales with its quality. Better Q armor = more materials to be repaired. And there you go , another sink.
I mean, you can fix that problem in so many different ways, question is, do devs give a shit about changing it. That's the big question xd
