Lemon Juice

Lemon juice from extraction press as a substitute for vinegar. Less of a PITA to acquire, and scales with trees instead of grapes. Can also use it for other recipes as needed.

Lemons are higher quality than grapes. Don't make me fkn bot lemons for highQ cheese like you make us do for perry. Getting it in adequate quantities would be unrealistic manually
