Barrel Why You No Let Me Empty.

Some barrels full of stuff like cave Dust* only get the option to take not empty. What gives!?

Yeah thats what I meant, its super inconsistent. Would also be nice if there was a way to pull from all from a barrell like you can dump all into a barrel.
