Additional channels for patch notes

Been playing actively and just realized that there is a large chunk of community is not aware about patches and game changes.

Would be good, if game updates will be also appear as ingame changelog dialogue window during first login.

Bit in-your-face, but being able to access patch notes through client would be a good thing, even if it were just a button that opens the announcement topic with default browser.

+1 But a channel may not be very convenient. I would also prefer a button opening the history of changes. Best if it would be opened with OS default text file reader/editor and it is searchable. This would be very useful.

I don't think that the patch notes should be displayed in client. Web browsers exist for a reason, they excel at displaying information such as patch notes. Every time some game displays patch notes in game I'll just not read them and find the proper web version.
There should just be a notification in the login screen of the client and link to the forum thread with patch notes I'd say.

Umm even a simple notification upon login like WE HAD A PATCH LAST NIGHT BE SURE TO CHECK OUT THE FORUMS TO SEE THE CHANGES would be g00d

+1, pretty basic stuff in almost every other game with live updates
