Butcher Pile

The current butchering process? highly tedious and takes forever- even with a butcher's knife that has a miniscule chance of actually being your best q cutting tool.

My suggestion is to bin it all, new implementation.

Right click the dead animal and select a single option - Butcher. You walk up to the animal and go through a short timer and animation of lopping the beast up as it goes through the stages of processing. After this, it suddenly converts into a new object- a Butcher Pile. The butcher pile contains all of the products from processing the animal- Meat, Intestines, Bones, Etc all stacked up on top of the hide. Items within a butcher pile won't despawn and you can pull things out in chunks, making the process of butchering a ton of carcasses far less annoying and the process of putting everything away after less of a hassle that won't require so much constant back and forth between storage containers.

Nifty, sorting stuff out of it would still be a slight bit of a pain. Most of the industrial scale farms use barter stand organizing to sort products out, and pulling stuff out of these piles would give you an assortment of products. For barter standing, it's better to get all the same to reduce needed interactions with barter stands. Wonder if there's a way to rework this to get single product piles? Maybe each "take all" click could give all of a single product type? But then that adds more clicks if you just want to pick up all 10 inv slots of sheep slaughter. Hm.

Definitely a massive improvement over current, just trying to see if we can address sorting to a degree while we're at it.

I was thinking that they'd basically act as a temporary storage object, one you can pull things out of one piece at a time and from whichever group you want to (meat, intestines, hides, etc)- but you just cant put things back into them. allowing them to interact with wheelbarrows to right click and pull out stockpilable materials would also probably be a good idea.

the best idea I came up with was just a shortish butchering timer that drops everything on the ground when it finishes and also increasing the amount of time it takes for stuff to decay by a few hours (intestines decay way too fast for this to work atm).
but this would just create a giant mess :D probbably quite efficient tho.

butchering piles still seem a bit annoying to deal with maybe make it some lootbag (like a chest) that represents the butchered animal and you can shift click whatever you need from it.
like this for example:
