Highlight existing surveys when placing new one

Basically, highlight existing placed surveys when you have the "place new land survey" active on your cursor.

EDIT: To clarify, all already placed surveys on the screen should be highlighted in the same way they do when they're "opened."

Additional settings for the Survey window:

Option to set the height to 1. highest point 2. lowest point 3. point with most flat area

Checkbox to stop digging if there are no available soil piles left.
