Hearth fires should not block carts etc.

Hearth fires should not blocks movable objects like carts. Teleporting to hf in almost all time make that cart is blocked and you must wiggle it out from it.

This happens to me only for the hearth fire that has constructions close on three sides. For the hearth fires that have constructions close only on two sides the cart is never blocked
