Add a tag for stolen items

Add a permanent tag "Stolen" or similar to stolen items (pretty much like "Memories of pain") and so that item would drop a scent of theft at random .

this crap won't prevent anyone from stealing your shit, if anything, now they'll do it out of spite and leave them in a cupboard forever

I could accept something that indicates an item is scented, however saying it should be permanent makes this a troll suggestion.
