Simple default client suggestions

Issue:
Toggle UI has no button assigned anymore... UI is toggled off by default
No one likes your default camera that locks at certain angles

Fix:
Make UI visible by default upon login so new player who dont understand your insane decisions can get their health bars back
Make Toggle UI button Space bar again - why was this changed? why does it have no default button set anymore?
Make the default camera :CAM Ortho -F
Add the ability to alter camera from the menu
