Big grill to spitroas larger ammounts of meat

Plz add to game some type of big spitrasting grill , Or maybe else idea big spitroaster with own inventory like cupboard size for bonfire.

I feel a better solution is to lower the time it takes spitroasts to cook to 5-10 seconds. Making an alternate construction just to invalidate spitroasts completely seems counterproductive.

It is unfun to have 5-10 alts dedicated to spitroasting every world. Small change that would make the early game much more enjoyable.

Old spitroasting metod can stay , and the time for spitroast should be shorter like snail suggested.
Im thing about late/mid game world , this new big spitroaster should be made from min hard metal or even wrought iron / steel .

Considering it takes like, 3 seconds(?) to roast a filet or piece of meat through crafting, spitroasting a fish in 10 seconds of active spinning sounds reasonable.

or we could simply make plain roasted meat have reasonable hunger percent so we don't have to spitroast it

Agreed, 4% seems to be mostly an artifact from the time when raising your "hunger" meter actually prevented you from starving to death.

Early game (first week ish?) requires mass amounts of spitroasting for villages who are progressing quickly, and it's a real pain in the ass. Spitroast fish are the biggest issue since each fish takes a long ass time for what you get out of it. Once early game is over it's less of an issue.

I can live with bigger spitroasts taking time, but making the time spent turning proportional to the pieces of meat you get out would be a godsend.

I would also like to add that hunger of beetroots should be 1% instead of 2%, same for any other vegetable like this
