Afterlife Coop Village

When a character dies, a certified account spawns a unique per account "soul" in an Afterlife Coop Village

Each soul owns a plot of land, separated by "streets, where you can build anything with any mats...

Outside your plot permissions are limited, there are no crimes, but Village Center could be used as coop, or every X plots a public one could be use by everyone
