Clay doll respawn mechanics

Since hearthlings not able to reproduce by conventional means, they seek help from gods to animate clay dolls.But those are very spoiled and ask different sacrifices and tributes to keep spark of life lit in your future vessel.Once you die, you will emerge from the doll, destroying it in process.The stronger your character, the more it takes to satisfy gods.And of course doll will decay if you dont will give it enough attention and love, making it less suitable vessel
Why all this?I just dont like people making disposable alts, i think people shouldn't be punished by risking main character.You cant stockpile it and you cant fill it and forget about it, making it shortlived option to do dangerous stuff like war, hunting etc

dont know honestly, just came to conclusion that there is a lot of reason to use alts, not all instances of using them are for dangerous tasks, but there a scouting, stealing at least.
This might not solve the problem with alts entirely since it's does nothing naked guys docking rowboats near my village, but its for better imo
