Desatroyable springwells/maybe caves

Last stream you guys talked about moving a natural spring for the Canne market owners. It's something that often comes up in building projects for the rest of us too, and since you did it for them I assume you see why it's, like, a cool thing that improve player agency to be able to yeet them. Flip the boolean and make them destroyable?

I imagine you'd want to limit it to 'on claim where you have vandalism perms' though, otherwise there's going to be jerks just destroying every spring they come across.

arguably caves should have some form of investment to breaking them but springwells being a flat "fuck you" is kind of dogshit
