Quest rewards - remove increase quality

please remove increase quality quests rewards, useless waste of time and 0 fun from reward...

I like the mechanic, but I think it would be way better if we got quality increases in addition to other rewards instead of one or the other. Also, instead of the game deciding what quality gets improved for us, it might be cool if there was a short list of like maybe 3+ options based on charisma
