Season meats on a grid iron

... Guys did I just lose the ability to sprinkle plants on my meat or something because it's on metal I'm confused. Please consider some way to prepare the meat before putting it on the grid iron.

Yeah grid iron isn't useful right now. Some people have requested that its main use be to give the sizzle buff back to pre-cooked meat, which would be neat.
