Addition of mayonnaise and bread expansion

Considering there's already vinegar, eggs and vegetable oils, we have everything needed to make a jar of mayonnaise. That mayonnaise, along with butter and lard (using rendered animal fat would be okay I guess) could form a new type of ingredient: spreadables. With that, you could make sandwiches, combining bread, roasted/smoked meat, maybe vegetables as optional ingredients or as an entire different variant of a sandwich.

Not needed as we dont have peanuts yet ... do you really suggest a Spredables expansion for breads WITHOUT PEANUTBUTTER ?
