Readd Chieftains (with New Speakership Mechanic)

I know chieftains became unnecessary in Hafen because of the village color system, and allowing oaths via that.
Still, I am sure I am not the only one who is sad they've been removed. They were always a fun part of RP and you felt important to be one in a village.

While readding them with special abilities like Forming and Summoning the Hird, I don't expect will happen (though I'd love it), I do think readding them as a position would be fun. Particularly, I think they could be given a special ability, like to be able to prompt all villager members with an announcement on screen, would be a neat thing. This would give them a special role again, while not really messing with balance or adding anything super exploitable.
