Or maybe potions should last longer than like.... 2 seconds. That'd be neat. I love that an entire half of alchemy is just useless. For instance: Why would you ever make a con potion if you have to regen the health you gain? HMMMM?

Not something I've ever done, but increased swimming ability? CON reduces stamina drain during swimming.
