Quest rewards linked to Realms

I believe this has been mentioned before but quest rewards stating local increase in quality of X currently (afaik) increases quality in a radius around the questgiver.

I suggest moving these quality increases to the realm instead, which also removes the quest giver dies - quality rewards lost issue.
In addition (up to debate), it'd be cool to see how much quest rewards have contributed to the realm by checking the thingwall, or alternatively you can see how much you personally have contributed (or both)

This would make players feel more part of a realm, and make quests (and in particular Q increases) feel more useful

What if the realm dies or you get taken over? Average players have little control over realm politics/war. Should be province based imo, and an interface to check the boosts at the TW.

But I'd also like players to be given choice in upgrade. Maybe 3 options, pick 1. That makes you feel a bit more in control of what boosts you get. Also they should be randomized instead of per tree, since quest giver pruning for quality boosts... kinda sucks.

Tie it to the realm area instead of the realm itself, the thingwall.

thingwall region wide buffs would be quite op though, imagine an populate area, or an manual or automated questfarm, q320nettles, dandylions giving 2k lp, making nodescouting increasingly irrelevant,
