Bonus damage for owners of personal claims

Hello,

I think giving the owner a bonus to bashing things on his own personal claim would be useful. There have been several times so far in this new world where I have found myself in a pickle because I built something incorrectly. I think giving the owners of a personal claim a bonus to bashing his own stuff on his own deed would be a useful way to allow people to redesign or redecorate. Could even have them make have to hold an item (Owners hammer or something that takes damage rapidly) if you wanted to reduce how often people could do this.

However, I see no downside to giving the owner the ability to bash and redesign as they see fit. Right now I am waiting and gather strength in order to smash an old house that I no longer use on my deed for example.

HnH way to implement this is through some hearth magic

Or. With some burning. Surround the object with blocks of woods, light it, wait some time, pour some water to cool it, then bash it with an ease.
