Vanity slot for battle standard/cape

Title says everything, right now the 'optimal' strategy for pvp is double hussar wing. Let us look a bit more unique by adding another slot exclusively for battle standard or ungilded heraldic cape. Maybe tabards too?

or you know, make hussar wings fit in either slot, but not both at the same time,
not needing too waste the backpack is nice, having the option to go wings+cape , but doublewings should be reserved for antwings, and please for the love of god, ad another pair of wings, for doublewearing them, so you can actually destinguish how many people wore, (andit would look sick)

While we're asking for cosmetic boosts, I've got a weird one to throw in as well. Could we wear an ingame hat as a cosmetic? Sometimes I want to derp around in a chef hat while wanting to wear something else in my headslot.
