fact is , mystic sucks, specifically because of lore quests, outside of those quests, no one hunts down events, they just happen, and its nice that they do, but long ass cooldowns , especially on recource events (wich are the only ones asked for in quests) might take you weeks, and actually result in an bummed out feeling for randomly picking up those on any char, gunning for mystic ore an mytic requiring creedo in the future,
lore events shouldnt feel like an punishment, punishment for what? not pathing exactly right too not see the geysir? having your wannabe mystic char not wait for after the creedo too check if roots have respawned?
how about tieing in the other mystic mechanic,getting high, most loreevent are your character tripping out on smelting nuggets, or putting something on the floor, filling them with an deep feeling of understanding for this magical world,
so why not decrease cooldown timers, and increase procing chance based on your current ellevation, turning your local mystic and sage, just intoo doped up weirdos, stumbeling around base and being deeply fascintated by the fact that they can sit in chairs, and drink the same q 42 water they always doo,
untill the just ignnite another pipe with an flick of there wrist, wich is in fact , and always will be, the surperior way of using your exp,
feel free too make constant drugabuse more punishing though, or decrease the other boni too exp gain, if that would feel unbalanced or exploitable
