Like buterching a big animal but you get lots of clam meat. Left over shells could be just decorative or you could open the can of worms that include all the uses for calcium carbonate, from flux, to paints, glues, fertilizers, etc.

Allow us to use the lobster traps, or a new deep ocean trap for things like shrimp, large crabs, and other interesting deeper ocean catches

Big fish/animals that can actually be killed and hunted by the average player!
Grouper, different shark varieties, manatee, sunfish, stingrays. Would be neat if they could be baited by a diver to come up to the surface for a fight.
