Quick ideas gathered in some time now:
- mental wounds - for attacking players (stop this idiotic mass spruce hat attacks), wounds should scale with no. of attacks and % of skills and hhp,
- shield tiers - add wodden shield with metal center (more armor and wear than current one),
- barrels tiers - add clay container for water - 50 l, current barrel should keep 100 l and require metal (or even metal and tar),
- old stamps - should spawn insects/mushrrom and decay over time
- itsy bitsy spider - change to inflict wound upon finding
- rain (or better: storms) should inflict damage to ships on deep water, reduce % of spawning flying insects and increase spawns of beach garbage,
- temperature: why can we stil run naked during winter? summer/winter should require diffrent outfits, otherwise.. cold/heat wounds!

  • Why should spiders inflict wounds on finding them? There's no spider in the biomes H&H is based on that is remotely capable of causing wounds. I really like the fact that H&H is a rare example of a game that doesn't turn spiders into murder machines for no reason.
  • Mental wounds for attacking players is a very fair shout, I'm not sure it'd be the most effective solution but it's in keeping with the H&H design philosophy I think
  • Barrel stuff - a higher tier barrel should be maybe 200, restricting 100l access until you get metal available would be a PITA for newer players.

wound -1, thats what the shp tick is for criminal acts
shield tiers already suggested
barrel tiers are interesting, but I think demijon holds 50l
Old stump idea is cool, seems like an out of place container.
Itsy bitsy spider wound would be cool if it worked like nettle burn and gave a small buff.
Rain needs some work in general, 100% agree reduce insect spawn like midge and bees, maybe even ants?
Temperature mechanics are gonna be downright awful.

Bro. 1 shp for killing someone? It should be % debuff to int and skills like concussions. This way fun from killing spruces would be a little bit nerfed. Theese wounds could be healed with magic mushrooms which are collected during summer and have to be cured during winter(to remove toxins) for Scandinavia lore. Untreated could heal very slowly.

the "punish peoples for attacking spucecaps" idea is garbage,
first of all, you dont know how too fight, have shitty stats and ran intoo an bandid, well, not the bandits fault for doing their job,
jorb couldnt code convincing hostile npc, so he just hired snail.ozzy,jordancoles and all the rest, too make sure everybody builds there walls, and acts as if the world was an dangerous one,

also, pvp is still the greatest anti grieving mechanic in haven, naked alt smashing your claim: skill rage, :nakedalts scouting your village, kill them.
if i would always get an long too heal wound because nakedal<peoples stats. oh boi would you be easy too griev hard

also, middle european here, we do have the occasional poisunus spider, just not deadly ones, i mean, black widdow can travel to weird places, but for some species of spider , an wound like quilled is reasonable
