Beltable sack to hold spare clothing

Hermits and smaller villages are loaded with people who have spare sets of hats and shirts and rings depending on what activity they are doing.

We can fit some pretty bulky and heavy stuff on our belts.

It would be super helpful to even just have a little 3x3, 3x4 type sack we can carry on the belt that is for equipable items.
