Grid iron should sizzle, and resizzle, meats

I swear this came up before, but I couldn't find it.

Grid iron should give sizzling buff, and previously cooked meat on it should regain sizzling bonus. It's still kinda larpy either way, but lacking sizzle makes cooking on it a painful issue. To avoid shenanigans, should only softcap previously cooked meat.
