Raising animal Q is just too much hassle

Exactly what title says, its not clear at all if you should prioritise breeding Q over anything else. you can't see the "age" of any animals to know if its worth killing your adult male or not, you can have 2 animals with the exact same stats and fodder that is far higher Q than those and get a baby that has trash stats because rng. its just obnoxiously tedius and disengaging given the time commitment required for it.

"instant gratification threads". At what point did I say "I though be able to have top Q animals day 1?"

Are people not allowed to think obnixious tedium is exactly that? Fuck off man.

Why not just raise thousands of animals so you can get (near) the max rolls each time?

They are generally unpleasant to work with and more animals you have the less pleasant it gets. At some point you need to shoo your way trough dozens of sheeps like an icebreaker to find that fucken one ram in the corner you want to castrate. Hunting and herding are prime reasons people burn out in merely 2 months.

i agree here is is tough. I would rather have the animal quality directly relate to the quality of food they are eating. So no need to make 100 animals, just give them good quality food and their quality will slowly raise on their own to match the food quality.

Needless complexity that nobody finds fun and < 1% of the userbase even understands is an integral part of the game. In order for prime LARP to be achieved all systems need to alienate the super-majority of people who interact with it, everybody except those who intend to exploit it in the most autistic way possible only realistically achievable with bots.

+1 the new strategy is to call whatever you do not like "tedium" then throw out a random percentage of people that either agree with you(high number) or disagree (alway 1%), then have the 6 guys you play with come in and call everyone retards.

Explain to me in detail the methodology & math required to get optimal quality grow on farm animals. I am unironically willing to bet my nuts and my life you can't even get close.
