Old Man's Beard Lichen

Known as Usnea is a type of fungus that grows dangling off twigs and branches (like Holly that already exists in the game). It grows in environments identical to the ones this game takes place in. It can act like Holly in that it appears visibly on trees and requires PERxEXP to see. I watched some survivalist use it as blanket after braiding them and tying the braids together. I think it might be a good form of bough. It comes in a lot of colours, white, grey, green, brown, black, red. Use whichever one you like devs.

It is kinda weird that we literally have biomes and flavor objects for lichen but not an actual lichen item.

There are loads of medicinal lichens out there, tons of weird looking one that would be great for curio too.
