Add option to lock "cosmetic" slot on wardrobes

Its inconvenient to remember to get your hat back anytime you use a communal wardrobe and swap gear around. Would be nice to be able to lock the cosmetic slot to prevent hats going in

Yeah this feature is already in, at least on Ender. It just doesn't show anything in the wardrobe UI. Try clicking on where the hat should go inside a wardrobe to lock the slot and see if it works, because it worked for me.

Ah ok i guess its just a default client bug that there isn't anything displayed for it
