There's a lot of different designs, but I think it's called a "Horse drawn cultivator". I'm not a farmer so I wasn't immediately familiar with the idea. I think it's a great idea, these things would fit in perfectly imo. You could discover it after learning basic mechanics. I guess the history is that ox-drawn plows have been around for thousands of years, but as you described they did not have wheels to move them. some english guy named Jethro Tull invented the horse-drawn plow (or cultivator) in the 1700s (He also popularized the farming method of planting in neat rows, which is exactly the same as we do in HnH, thanks jethro), so not necessarily era accurate but still, neither are kicksleds (~1870-1910) or even really coinage presses, which were very difficult to find information about, but it seems like most mints record obtaining their first presses in the late 1700s/early 1800s, whereas before all coins were minted manually with a hammer and a die. So yeah, that among a bunch of other things aren't era accurate so I'm sure something like this, which would fit into the natural progression of the game should be fine right?
