Kitchen Timer

Should be able to craft a placeable kitchen timer that stores up to 5 timers. Can be placed and rotated like any other furniture, can be placed on a table. Can configure different sounds for different timers. Timer plays a sound locally when a timer has expired. Player can open timer interface to start/stop/pause/restart/configure timers.
