just like with miner credo when u mine ore it writes "well mined"

Partially because obfuscation is funny, partially because there's no way to look at two mussels and say one was "picked better" unless one of them is smashed into a million pieces

Older mussels and oysters are more likely to contain pearls, and people farming them can definitely identify the age of the mollusc by the size of the shell... so well-picked would not be a suitable descriptor so much as extra-large.

Besides, I would rather see that replaced with something more interesting, sea silk production.

For someone like me who hasn't done the pearl diver credo, why should I be able to tell if it's well-picked if my friend picked it and threw it into a chest?
