Garden honey

I'm combining here a few different ideas that I've had, after a friend was talking to me about how honey worked in Runescape. Just like in real life, there are many different types of honey that all have their distinct taste and specific usage. Unfortunately, as it stands now, bee skeps aren't realistically affected by what's grown near it, only making them produce wax/honey more frequently, and honestly that's kind of boring. I would like to propose 2 things to make this more interesting:

1: A garden planter, which is built with bricks that can have about 2 or 3 forageables grown onto it (instead of the garden pot's 1). The downside would be that it is a permanent structure, as opposed to liftable? Would be nice to grow flowers on it.
2: More honey types that are affected also by gardening. Let me explain.

One thing that I find incredible is that bees will just about pollinate anything, even trees (including olive trees occasionally!). Sometimes this will make the honey taste like shit, and sometimes it will make the honey taste great. Right now, we only have access to 'domestic honey' and 'wild honey'. I am not vouching for the removal of either, but rather make 'domestic honey' the generic form of honey (when honey is mixed, or when honey is produced with the current method). The other types of honey will have to be intentionally coaxed by new gardening techniques.

-clover honey: This will be produced in bee skeps if 50% or more of the plants sending usage ticks to the skep are from clover. Floral, light, sweet, when used in recipes it should give a bonus to CHA feps
-Sage honey: This will be produced in bee skeps if 50% or more of the plants sending usage ticks to the skep are from Sage. Mild, medium-sweet, herbal, when used in recipes, the natural flavor gives a small bonus to AGI/DEX feps
-Dandelion honey: This will be produced in bee skeps if 50% or more of the plants sending usage ticks to the skep are from Dandelion. Sometimes bitter, astringent, medium-sweet, it's a rough flavor and should give a small bonus to CON/PSY feps
-Thyme honey: This will be produced in bee skeps if 50% or more of the plants sending usage ticks to the skep are from Thyme. Very sweet, peppery, herbal, Thyme honey should give a bonus to STR feps

And of course, I'm not going to make a suggestion for tree honey, as like at least half of the trees would be relevant and that would be ridiculous.

Or Barley Sorry, buckwheat honey, since although that's a thing it tastes really strong and is pretty much the go to for making mead and not much else. (It's been a while since I was looking into mead brewing.)

I would suggest a different split- Fragrant honey from herbs and other foragables (and to a certain degree trees) known best as flowers. Herb honey from culinary herbs, bushes and trees known best from the taste of their leaves, Sweet Honey from herbs, bushes, and trees known best for producing berries and fruit, and Brewer's Honey, from crops that don't fit in the other three categories.

I feel like that might offer more interesting flexibility for smaller village setups.
