Fisherman asking for crabs in winter

Its a starter credo and has a quest which after about 12 hours becomes impossible with all beaches being snowed over.

Should probably not ask for that during winter, either that or make crabs spawn ontop of snow on beaches still.

a) winter lasts five minutes, get over it

b) it has JUST BEEN INTRODUCED that you can light fires all over beaches, melt the snow, and get crabs as much as you like (ok so probably never because rnjesus will hate you but anyway)
