Dig Deeper for low q water

That would be nice to have an average-quiality (q50 or so) water inside your base even if water quality of the spot is the lowest (10+).
The idea is to fix Dig Deeper magic effect:
- If well water q is < 40 --> each Dig Deeper should Increase the quality of water by +20;
- If well water q is => 40 --> each Dig Deeper should Increase the quality of water by +10.
So every player will have possibility for some available (even for a hermit) amount of XP (20k+40k) to have an verage-quiality water inside his claim.
Nevertheless high-q water spots will remail important considering the high XP price (doubling each time it is used) of Dig Deeper magic to obtain high (100+) water q.

Unnecessary, public well is enough if present, just take a little trip you lazy bum.

Not to mention good spot can have even 40-60 base water ql -> no well access needed and requires less effort to obtain if you live far away from public well.

Any hermit is able to have 80-100q well, it all depends on effort, stats and eventual botting. 40k exp is nothing, a day's worth of doing quests that require player little to no effort at all.
