From the earliest recorded scriptures and documents in all of human history there has always been a reoccurring factor.
people eating soups & stews.
from the fall of Rome to the contemporary era soups and stew have been an easy and affordable solution to feeding the family and community.
my suggestion here is to add a variety of soups & stews to Haven, you could start by making "Broth" which would unlock what soup/stew you would make from it, similar to how baking or foods using stuffing works.
