We should also add a brown bar that tells you when you need to shid and fard and depending on when you need to shid and fard you get your agility cut in half.

we need more movement speed penalties and debuffs, it will make turnip farming so much more exciting

I think the weight of equipment is a good idea for realism, but from the PVP point of view, it would only increase "troublesome movements"
Seems odd to me to take off and put on equipment in the middle of a battle.
In this case, maybe inventory weight would be better than armor.

There's already "you are put on combat cooldown for changing equipment."

However, this idea is fundamentally bad because Haven combat has so much emphasis on movement.
The most actively maintained Haven and Hearth Wiki (Not guaranteed to be up-to-date with all w14 changes.)

Basic Claim Safety (And what you’re doing wrong) (I recommend you read it in it's entirety, but TL:;DR: Build a Palisade.)

Combat Guide (Overview, PVE, PVP) (Tells you how to try and escape, and make it less likely to die when caught.)

Yes make armor/inventory factoring moving speed, make all conformists who expect game to be the same until their retirement suffer
