Sling Quiver

Let me shoot from stone stacks or add a shot pouch you can put on your belt

not being able to shoot from stacks is unfortunate,
you also need to enable stacking in secondary inventorys, creel,wicker picker, and quiver already are unweildy,
now they are litterally useless in comparison to bindle and sack

Only prob I see with sling quiver, is belt full of rocks for mining; cheesy.

If it, the quiver, is only a 1 handed item like a wicker picker for rocks, that could work too.(lets pixel artists hold more rocks using 2 of them before we have traveler sacks or full pockets)

Add in a sling bullets; 1 stone crafted into 2 bullets.(could even scope creep metal bullets) said bullets can be added to a purse; let us shoot from purses. let bullets stack(4+/-1) and be shot-able from stacks.

I am once again begging you, screaming, tears streaming down my crimson cheeks, a loaded revolver pressed against my temple, shitting myself, to make this tiny QoL change for slings

you cant balance bows. make slings the dominant weapon. the days of b12 are numbered

while the idea is interesting, and often came up, i dont see where it would currently fit, between bows and throwables.

if bows where actually usable, they could perhaps make slings fill more space underneath them,

but where would throwing weapons fit in that lineup?


but the current course, seems to be to shut down range combat, wherever it gets better than killing small critters, and doing your hunter/strider quests, for the 2 relevant , non ranged boni they give.


thats why naval combat is now out of the game aswell.
