OK so, rocks of all types except black coal can be used for terraforming. Soil and mulch, obviously, can be used for terraforming. You know what would be nice to use? the piles of lowq charcoal that I have lying around from making a load of tar.
'Oh but you might accidentally terraform using your highq charcoal!' -- Well yes. Much in the same way as I have inadvertently paved rock crystals into mine floors more than once. I've probably terraformed some highq ore or something as well (I've definitely paved it onto mine floors).
Terra prata, some of the best soil in the world for farming, has a much higher carbon content than other soils. So let us add carbon to our soil too, please. (I am not making any request for it to improve soil q or anything, that would be silly).
Original post below was about pine tar, please disregard it, apparently I don't pay attention to patch notes.
Please make it so that all three species of pine trees make the same amount of tar as the current 'original' pine trees.
Or rename the original flavour as 'pitch pine' if you want to make it obvious that they are Special and Different and Not Like The Other Trees.
