Rain element added to time dial

The Mystic quests are a pain, the rain animation doesnt always say that you for sure are in the rain or not. Ive tried to do "X" in the rain a few times when animation is playing and it doesnt trigger. On the other hand, ive done "X" a few times in the Rain with no animation playing and it has triggered the quest. So I would just like some element added to the time dial that shows if rain is in your region or not. Thank you.

It's worth noting that "Steppe Dance" doesn't count as dancing for the Mystic quests. You have to use "Rowdy Dance."

Another improvement for the time dial, I've been thinking of, would be if (when using Ortho camera) it would have indicator for north, and you could even click the other sides to align the camera to any desired cardinal direction.
