Enhancements to Auto-Drop

I think it would be useful to be able to set a baseline quality at the top of the menu (drop everything that's less than x quality)

I also think it would be useful to be able to set an override quality for specific items, which would trump the baseline setting.

Also I'm not sure if this is ender client specific or part of the base client - so if this is the wrong place for this feedback, I apologize.

I've only ever used ender's client.

It does not exist in loftar's vanilla client
