Tinderbox/Tindershed

Just a very basic, small building (maybe 2x2?) that serves to hold a whole bunch of sticks.

More than you would otherwise fit into a 2x2 area with stockpiles.

Functions similarly to a barrel when right clicked, showing quantity of sticks, quality of sticks, and the ability to take a stack of sticks directly into your inventory.

A handy little utility building to have around the area you keep your campfire, kilns, ovens, cauldrons, etc.

You can even use a chest if you don't want to make sticks out of blocks.
Use sketch book pages if you need the extra space.

My dude what is the point of a response like this? As if I don't know blocks or block stockpiles exist.

I just don't like having random ass stockpiles of shit laying around my base. It looks cluttered and messy.

I'd like a nice structure to keep my sticks in, something I can put in my little fire/oven/cooking area that makes it look aesthetically pleasing and functional.

I'd even take a generic "stock bin" or whatever, something like the wooden box with an open top - except I'd like for it to show what's inside instead of the generic "stuff" sprite. I have a similar problem with throwing ore stockpiles all over the ground, and something like this would solve both problems. However, it needs to hold the same amount as a stockpile, or more, and I need to be able to interact with it with a wheelbarrow.

At the end of the day I just don't like throwing shit on the floor, and I like to be able to see what I'm storing at-a-glance rather than having to open up a container and see what's inside.

I mean shit -- I'd be happy with just pallets. Let me make pallets with wooden boards.

I just don't want my stuff on the ground.

bro hasnt even figured out block stockpiles look nice if you put them out of the way,
they are an 1x1 structure that can hold 400 sticks, what more do you want ? lift them? we have wheelbarrows for that
bonus they look like an actuall aesthetically pleasing log stockpile if placed next to an fireplace or house wall,

I have answers to all your problems.
For seeing whats inside your container you can put a sign with a stick on it.
For interacting with the container you can already fill it up with a wheelbarrow.

Waste of time tbh I'd rather see them add a new bird.
