Windmill Machines/Mechanical Press

Since the premise of more machines for the windmill has been around for awhile, I figured I'd propose something from the Create Mod in modded minecraft, which was the mechanical press. I could imagine this as an automatic version of the Extraction Press that does not limit the quality of the output. It wouldn't be overpowered to get higher quality grape juice or linseed oil. This would save some man hours making drinks once you get a windmill. Maybe it could deposit the trash (seeds) into a small output container so it could be more automatic as well. Any other ideas on new windmill machines?
